A bay has formed from the former small islands now linked to the mainland by a natural dike. All around, fishermen have built their wharves and workshops. Sometimes there are also cabins or secondary dwellings used during the fishing season when the main house is elsewhere. However, with the improvement of the road network, this concerns less people nowadays.
