The Hudson’s Bay Company’s Christmas windows renew and evolve with the society. A few years ago their presentation looked more traditional, showing Santa in the rush of the last hour before the start of the huge world tour of gift distribution.

What a charming window display! The pulley is cool, and all the stocked shelves too.

I like the vintage look of this display with lots of little details, like the ones you noticed. Nowadays displays seem simpler to me.
