Transhumance in Aubrac
The crossing of the villages results in some traffic jams in front of the watering troughs. It is around these stops that the Transhumance festival is organised. The inhabitants take advantage of the number of visitors to make it a gastronomic moment, especially with charcuterie and cheese, without forgetting the local speciality of aligot, a potato purée prepared with fresh Laguiole cheese.
