Rue de la Monnaie is an old commercial street in the Old Lille district. Its vocation has not been lost, with many shops and even some presented in the fashion of the yesteryear. It is here that the long façade of the Hospice Comtesse can be admired.

It’s worth concentrating in Old Lille, there are so many nooks and crannies that seem to come straight from the past.
