Paris-Athènes at the Louvre, Paris
After independence, Greece was ruled by a king of Bavarian origin and artists were sent to study in Munich. Then, towards the middle of the 19th century, they preferred to study in Paris and some even settled there. Thus Konstantinos Dimitriadis creates this sculpture in reference to Rodin.
